A retainer arrangement gives you a fixed monthly shoot, consistent turnarounds, and priority scheduling — without rebooking from scratch each time. Ideal for businesses running active social channels, regular campaigns, or seasonal product updates.
Common Questions
Are the photos and videos commercially licensed?
Yes. All deliverables include full commercial usage rights — websites, social media, advertising, print, and internal use. No time limits, no hidden licensing fees.
What if I need more photos or a longer video?
Additional edited photos and extended video cuts can be added to any package. We'll agree on scope before the shoot so there are no surprises.
Can I request revisions?
Each package includes one round of revisions on the edit. Colour and crop adjustments on photos are covered as standard. Additional revision rounds can be quoted on request.
Do you offer retainer or ongoing arrangements?
Yes. If you need regular content — monthly shoots, quarterly campaigns, or a long-term brand partnership — we can build a custom retainer that works around your schedule and budget. Get in touch to discuss.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For most packages, 1–2 weeks notice is ideal. For larger productions or specific date requirements, earlier is better. We hold dates on receipt of deposit.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Sydney and cover Greater Sydney as standard. Travel to regional NSW and interstate is available — travel costs are quoted separately.
